Carved from a single log section of 400 year old eucalyptus Obliqua, the vessel weighs about 750 kg in its hollow and dry form. The initial log section weighed about 6 tonne before hollowing began in the forests. This piece is currently in Sydney as a part of the Headland Sculpture Park, Military Point, Mosman.
