Xyleutes leucomochla has burrowed through Tasmania's trees since time immemorial. These grubs have been a delicacy amongst residents of Peppermint Bay for centuries. Are they on the contemporary menu? These smooth bleached wood forms lie dreamily amongst the landscape referring to the historical, natural and gastronomic worlds of Peppermint Bay.
